Biden has given some mind-blowing speeches, but none more hilarious than in 2017 when he busted into an almost certainly totally-true story of his epic saga with the terrifying Cornpop and his boys, in the pool parking-lot in Wilmington Delaware in 1962.  Sure, the cuban missal crisis unfolded that same year, and yes the vaccine for Polio was invented, but unless you’re aware of the Biden vs. Cornpop rusty-razor-blade fuelled showdown, you’re missing a crucial piece of American history.
